Some varieties have clusters of berries that all ripen at the same time.
Other varieties spread ripening out over more than a week.
We encourage you to taste the berries before you pick. We want you to pick berries with a flavor you like. Berries may look ripe but not be ripe on the stem side and have less sugars. These need to ripen some more before picking again.
